MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila and Cavite will experience water interruptions from November 1 to 2 due to the temporary shutdown of the Putatan and Poblacion Water Treatment Plants in Muntinlupa City80jili,, the Maynilad Water Services announced.
In an advisory, Maynilad said the shutdown was due to repair and maintenance activities starting at 12:01 a.m. on November 1 and ending at 12:01 p.m. on November 2.
“These activities are necessary to ensure the continued reliability of our water services,” said Maynilad.

Maynilad said mobile water tankers will be on standby and ready to deliver potable water as needed. It has also strategically installed stationary water tanks to facilitate supply accessibility.
